Install the newest version of MSCHAT.
If you have already installed Ms Chat:
1. open browser
2. open tools
3. internet options
4. select security (make sure its set on medium)
5 Optional - open the advanced section (make sure you enable "play video on web page" (that
whole section sound, video, pictures etc.
